Electric Vehicle Power Assembly Systems
Driven by the global movement towards cleaner and greener energy, automotive manufacturers are expanding their electric vehicle (EV) offerings. Jendamark supports Indian and global OEM customers in their quest for climate-friendly technologies by developing innovative battery pack and power electronics assembly systems.
Our EV Assembly Systems
Jendamark has been at the leading edge of these automotive industry developments, designing and building the first battery pack and inverter assembly lines for the pioneers of electric mobility in India. Our Industry 4.0-enabled assembly lines help to increase production and decrease the manufacturing costs for a range of EV component assembly needs.
Battery Pack Assembly
Battery pack assembly involves putting together a power pack, or cluster of batteries, used to power an electric vehicle. Our cylindrical cell assembly line, for example, offers complete automatic module assembly, featuring:
- Cell Holder Loading
- Laser Marking
- Cell Sorting
- Cell Loading
- Polarity Check
- Plasma Cleaning
- Spot Welding
- Module IR Testing
We also build Horizontal Module Assembly Lines.
Power Electronics Assembly
Power electronics is responsible for controlling and converting electrical power in the system. All these power electronics components are assembled, with auto tightening and gluing, on the line:
- DC/DC Converter
- Inverter
- Voltage Control Unit
- Battery Charger
- Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT)
Motor Assembly
Automatic conveyor line for assembly of motor sub parts, including the stator, rotor and motor housing. This line allows automatic installation of stator into motor housing with:
- Motor Testing equipment (HI-POT)
- Laser Marking
- Auto Tightening Machines
Rotor Assembly
The following key equipment is used on the automatic conveyor line for rotor assembly:
- Conveyor
- Laser Marking
- Auto Tightening
- Heating Chamber
- Cooling Chamber
- Auto Sealant Application
- Traceability
Universal Box Build Assembly
This line is capable of handling multiple variants like MCU, VCU and LDC, and can be easily upgraded to accommodate future variants.
